Faq

Become a chef
You can join Casafood as a cook by downloading the CasaChef app on the App Store and Google Play Store. Once installed, follow the steps in the app to create your profile, upload your documents, and start cooking.

Become a driver
Drivers join Casafood through the CasaGo app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Once you register and submit your documents, you can start making deliveries.

Food safety
Every Casafood cook must:

Hold a valid MAPAQ-issued permit.

Successfully complete a 12-hour food hygiene and safety course.

Maintain trust through customer ratings and reviews.

Account deletion
Submit the account deletion form on our website at casafood.ca/deleteaccount. After your request is processed, all of your data will be securely and permanently deleted from our database.

Allergies
We take food allergies and dietary needs very seriously. Cooks must clearly list all ingredients in their meals. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before ordering. If you have a severe allergy, please contact the cook directly through the app before placing an order to confirm safe preparation.

Chef's availabilities
Cooks manage their own schedules. However, offering meals more frequently helps build a consistent and loyal customer base.
